Proposed By-law Amendments

We will be proposing by-law amendments at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. We have included a copy of the following documents below:

• The Resolution that will be presented for a motion;

• The By-Laws currently in place; and

• A copy of the proposed amended by-laws.

Director Election

We would like to announce that the Director positions have been filled by acclamation, and therefore, there will be no Director voting this year.

We welcome Elizabeth Gormley, Monica White, Maureen Pellerin, and incumbent Director Frank Jopp, all of whom will be serving a three-year term. We are confident that their expertise and dedication will contribute to our credit union’s success.
